Shipyard Brewing Company is honored to join friends and family to celebrate the life of Shanna Pulkinene at a Family Benefit hosted at the Regatta Room in Eliot, Maine on Friday, May 15. From 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. on May 15, family and friends will gather in remembrance of the late Shanna Pulkinene who lost her battle to cancer this past February at 33 years of age. The evening celebration will consist of a spaghetti dinner, super silent auction, a beer and wine pull raffle and face painting.

Shanna is survived by her three children, Jazmine (17), Kemuel (11) and Jamee (7). The benefit will honor Shanna's devotion as a single mother to provide for her children, and help create a supportive resource for her children’s current and future needs. We hope that your support and participation will help start the three of them off with something. Join us at the Regatta Room on Friday, May 15th for dinner, dancing and live music. Export Shoestring Fries

Tuesday, March 10, 2015

This salty snack goes perfeclty with a nice cold brew. Soaking your fries in beer before baking not only gives them a little flavor boost, but it also helps them get brown and crispy in the oven.

We chose to soak our fries in Export to get a balanced mellow beer flavor, but if you're looking to get an extra kick try using Monkey Fist IPA or Shipyard American Pale Ale.
