Drunken Pumpkin

(Ingredients )

  • Pumpkinhead Ale
  • Whipped Cream Flavored Vodka
  • Pumpkinhead Cinnamon Rimmer
  • Honey or Caramel Sauce
  1. Rim your glass with honey, caramel or just water.
  2. Dip glass rim into the Pumpkinhead Sugar and Spice Rimmer.
  3. Fill with 12oz of Pumpkinhead Ale.
  4. Drop in one shot of Vanilla Vodka

Sleepy Hollow

(Ingredients )

  • Pumpkinhead Ale
  • Hard Apple Cider
  • Pumpkinhead Cinnamon Rimmer
  • Honey or Caramel Sauce
  • Apple Slices for Garnish
  1. Rim your glass with honey, caramel or just water.
  2. Dip glass rim into the Pumpkinhead Sugar and Spice Rimmer.
  3. Fill with 6oz of Pumpkinhead Ale.
  4. Add 6oz. of your favorite Hard Apple Cider.

Pumpkinhead Pete & Ginger

(Ingredients )

  • 6oz Pumpkinhead Ale
  • 1oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 Lemon (for twist and juice)
  • 4oz Ginger Beer
  • Crystalized Ginger Candy
  • Pumpkinhead Cinnamon Rimmer
  1. Rim cocktail glass with Lemon slice, then dip rim in cinnamon sugar rimmer.
  2. Add Ice to glass, add Rum, Ginger Beer and Pumpkinhead Ale
  3. Garnish with ginger candy and lemon twist

Pumpkin Old Fashioned

(Ingredients )

  • 2 oz. Shot of Pumpkin Simple Syrup (1tbsp Pumpkin Puree, 1tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 cup water)
  • 2 oz. Whiskey
  • 2 oz. Pumpkinhead Ale
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Cinnamon stick garnish
  1. Combine Pumpkin Puree, Maple Syrup and water in small sauce pan. Heat to boil. Stir until reaching syrup consistency. Allow to cool.
  2. Fill cocktail glass with ice. Add Whiskey, Pumpkinhead, Bitters and stir for distillation.
  3. Pour into rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.

Pumpkinhead Spiced Latte-tini

(Ingredients )

  • 1 oz. Shot of Pumpkin Simple Syrup (1tbsp Pumpkin Puree, 1tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 cup water)
  • 1 oz. Shot of Godiva Chocolate Liquer
  • 1 oz. shot of Kahlua
  • 2 oz. coffee
  • 2 oz. Pumpkinhead
  • Pumpkinhead Cinnamon Sugar Rimmer
  1. Combine Pumpkin Puree, Maple Syrup and water in small sauce pan. Heat to boil. Stir until reaching syrup consistency. Allow to cool.
  2. Rim martini glass with honey, caramel or water. Dip glass rim into Pumpkinhead Cinnamon and Sugar Rimmer
  3. In shaker, mix ice with all ingredients. Shake.
  4. Pour into rimmed martini glass.
