You may enter up to ten (10) images during the entry period, however only one winning photo per person. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sea Dog Brewing Co and Total Beverage Solution decisions, which are final and binding. Drawing and Notification: 1 random winner(s) will be drawn on or around 07/15/2023 12:00 pm GMT-05:00 Eastern Time among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with these Official Rules through the entry methods offered. The potential Winner(s) will be notified on or around 07/18/2023 12:00 pm GMT-05:00 Eastern Time using the information provided in their entry. All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor will randomly select the Winner(s) at each of the drawing(s). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Arbitration: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sea Dog #seemyseadog Portrait Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party and exclusively settled by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) the arbitration shall be conducted in the state of South Carolina and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
